1. Platform Nature (Important)
FAVbooking is a listing and connection platform only that enables direct interaction between users (guests) and property owners (vendors).
FAVbooking does not own, manage, or operate any listed property
FAVbooking does not act as an agent, broker, or service provider
All bookings, negotiations, and transactions occur directly between users and vendors
2. No Liability & Disclaimer
FAVbooking shall not be held liable for:
Any booking, cancellation, or refund disputes
Property quality, condition, safety, or services
Pricing accuracy, availability, or changes
Any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during stays
Fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct by users or vendors
Users and vendors use the platform at their own risk and discretion.
3. No Payment Responsibility
FAVbooking:
Does not collect, process, or manage payments between users and vendors
Is not responsible for any financial transaction, refund, or payment dispute
Does not guarantee bookings, confirmations, or availability
All payments are made directly to vendors, and users must verify details independently.
4. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for:
Accuracy of property details, images, and pricing
Providing agreed services to customers
Handling bookings, cancellations, and refunds
Compliance with local laws, licenses, and regulations
FAVbooking does not guarantee bookings, occupancy, or revenue for vendors.
5. User Responsibility
Users agree to:
Verify property details, pricing, and authenticity before booking
Communicate directly with vendors for confirmations
Take full responsibility for any decision made based on listings
FAVbooking is not responsible for any decisions made by users.
6. Content & Listing Rights
By listing on FAVbooking, vendors:
Grant FAVbooking the right to use, display, and promote their content (images, descriptions, pricing)
Confirm that all content provided is accurate and legally permissible
FAVbooking reserves the right to:
Modify, remove, or suspend listings without prior notice
Reject any listing that violates policies or standards
7. Subscription & Services
Vendor subscriptions are non-refundable once activated
Services provided (marketing creatives, promotions, etc.) are best-effort and do not guarantee results
FAVbooking reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or services at any time
8. Direct Communication
Users and vendors agree that:
Contact details may be shared for direct communication
FAVbooking is not responsible for conversations, agreements, or outcomes
9. Data Usage
By using FAVbooking:
You consent to the collection and use of your data as per our Privacy Policy
FAVbooking may use data for analytics, marketing, and service improvement
10. Platform Availability
FAVbooking does not guarantee:
Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access
Immediate response or lead generation

11. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall FAVbooking be liable for:

Any claims arising from use or inability to use the platform

Users and vendors agree to:
Indemnify and hold FAVbooking harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from their actions, listings, or transactions

Remove listings or accounts that violate terms or harm platform integrity

15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
