- All bookings, payments, and cancellations are made directly between users and vendors
- FAVbooking is not responsible for any cancellation or refund decision

- Any cancellation requests or disputes
- Refund approvals or rejections
- Vendor cancellation policies or charges
- Losses due to booking cancellations
- All cancellation terms are solely decided by the respective property owner/vendor.
3. Vendor Cancellation Policies
- Each vendor/property may have its own cancellation and refund policy
- Users must verify cancellation terms directly with the vendor before booking
- Vendors may apply cancellation charges, partial refunds, or no-refund policies
- FAVbooking has no control over these policies.
4. No Refund Guarantee
- FAVbooking does not guarantee any refund under any circumstances

- FAVbooking is not involved in any refund transaction

7. Vendor Agreement (Cancellation-Specific)
By listing on FAVbooking, vendors agree that:
- All property details, pricing, and images are accurate and up to date
- They are solely responsible for all bookings, cancellations, refunds, and customer experience
- They will clearly define and communicate their cancellation and refund policies to users
- They will comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
- FAVbooking is not responsible for any dispute, refund, or cancellation issue
- FAVbooking can use their content (images, pricing, property details) for marketing and promotional purposes
- Subscription fees paid to FAVbooking are non-refundable under any circumstances
- FAVbooking does not guarantee bookings, occupancy, or revenue
8. Force Majeure
FAVbooking shall not be liable for cancellations or losses caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
