- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Valid government ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking.
- Rentals are calculated on Per Day or Per Kilometer basis.
- Fuel charges are included in applicable packages.
- Toll Tax, Parking Charges, Entry Fees, and State Taxes are extra.
- Driver allowance is applicable for outstation trips.
- Minimum running of 250 km/day (Rajasthan & interstate trips) may apply.
- Extra km and extra hours will be charged as per vehicle category.
- Night charges may apply between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Jaipur Airport parking charges (if any) are payable by customer.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in vehicles.
- Pets allowed only with prior approval.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by customer will be chargeable.
- No refund for unused km, unused time, or early trip completion.
- VeloCruiz Rentals is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.
- Cab booking for holiday packages must be pre-decided with itinerary confirmation.
- By confirming booking, customer agrees to all Jaipur-based rental terms.
