- Minimum age requirement is 18 years or as per bike category rules.
- Advance booking confirmation is required before pickup.

- Fuel is not included unless explicitly mentioned.
- Bikes must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup.
- Helmets are compulsory for rider and pillion as per traffic law.
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Bikes are strictly for personal use and not for commercial purposes.
- Off-roading, stunt riding, and racing are not allowed.
- The renter is fully responsible for any damage, accident, or theft during rental period.
- Late return will be charged as per applicable hourly/daily rates.
- No refund for unused time, kilometers, or early return.
- Traffic fines, tolls, and penalties are payable by the customer.
- The company is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or road conditions.
- Bikes must be returned in the same condition as delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.
- By confirming booking, the customer agrees to all Velocity Wheels Rentals terms and conditions.
