- No refund for unused time, kilometers, or early return.
- Traffic fines, tolls, and penalties are payable by the customer.
- The company is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or road conditions.
- Bikes must be returned in the same condition as delivered (normal wear allowed).
- By confirming booking, the customer agrees to all RideNova Chandigarh terms and conditions.
