- Advance booking confirmation is required for all reservations.
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking.
- Rental charges are calculated on Per Day or Per Kilometer basis.
- Fuel charges are included unless otherwise specified.
- Toll Tax, Parking Charges, State Taxes, Rohtang Pass permits, and Entry Fees are extra.
- Driver allowance of ₹400 per day is applicable for outstation and hill routes.
- A minimum daily running of 200–250 km may apply for outstation hill bookings.
- Extra kilometers and extra hours will be charged as per vehicle category rates.
- Night travel between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM may attract additional charges due to hill safety regulations.
- Parking charges in tourist zones (Solang Valley, Rohtang base, Atal Tunnel route) are payable by the customer.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
- Pets allowed only with prior approval.
- Any damage caused due to negligence or off-road misuse will be fully chargeable.
- No refund for unused kilometers, unused time, or early trip completion.
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, snowfall, landslides, or road closures in Manali or nearby regions.
- All itinerary-based tours must be pre-decided at the time of booking (Solang, Rohtang, Kasol, etc.).
- By confirming booking, the customer agrees to all Himaluxe Drive Rentals terms and conditions.
