- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking.
- Rental charges are calculated on Per Day or Per Kilometer basis.
- Fuel charges are included unless otherwise specified.
- Toll Tax, Parking Charges, State Taxes, Rohtang Pass permits, and Entry Fees are extra.
- Driver allowance is applicable for outstation and hill route bookings.
- A minimum daily running of 200–250 km may apply for outstation hill trips.
- Extra kilometers and extra hours will be charged as per the applicable vehicle category rates.
- Night travel between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM may attract additional charges due to hill safety regulations.
- Parking charges at tourist destinations are payable by the customer.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
- Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
- Any damage caused due to customer negligence or off-road misuse will be chargeable.
- No refund will be provided for unused kilometers, unused hours, or early trip completion.
- Glaciara Drive Connect is not responsible for delays caused by snowfall, landslides, weather conditions, traffic congestion, or road closures.
- Holiday package bookings must include a pre-decided travel itinerary.
- By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to all Glaciara Drive Connect terms and conditions.
